Dr. Sukor is a Professor of Medicine and Consultant Endocrinologist at the Department of Medicine, Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz, National University of Malaysia (UKM), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She is passionate about research and is the Principal and Co-investigators of numerous international and national clinical trials. She has many publications, including publications in the New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism, Hypertension and Frontiers in Endocrinology. She was the Chief Editor of the Journal of Endocrinology & Metabolism (JEM), the first endocrine journal in Malaysia. She is an eloquent speaker and is often invited to speak at international and regional congresses.
