Dr Chandramouli Nagarajan
Profile
Dr. Chandramouli is a Senior Consultant Hematologist and Transplant Physician in the Department of Hematology at Singapore General Hospital (SGH) and National Cancer Center Singapore (NCCS).
After completing undergraduate and post graduate education from India and the United Kingdom, he subspecialized in Hematology before moving to Singapore. He serves as the Director / Sub-Specialty Lead for Multiple Myeloma and Lymphoma in SGH and SingHealth-Duke NUS Blood Cancer Center. He has a passion for conducting clinical trials especially using novel therapies. As a Principal Investigator under the auspices of the International Myeloma Foundation and via active collaborations with Industry partners, he aspires to bring newer novel therapies to patients in Southeast Asia, through clinically meaningful and patient focused investigator-initiated and sponsored studies.
He is a member of the Asian Myeloma Network, International Myeloma Working Group, International Myeloma Society and European Research Initiative on CLL as well as leading many advisory boards and global clinical trial steering committees. His awards include the Clinical trials research training in Hematology (CRTH) fellowship award from European Hematology Association, Team Health care manpower development programme (HMDP) award for Lymphoma / Myeloma Cell therapy at the Helen Diller Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of California San Francisco.
His other area of interest is medical education. He is an RCP accredited Educator and has served as the Programme Director for SingHealth Hematology Senior Residency Programme from 2018 – Jun 2023.
