Profile
Dr Cinnie Soekojo is a Consultant at the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS). She completed her internal medicine residency at the National University Hospital, Singapore, and obtained her post-graduate qualification from the Royal Colleges of Physicians, United Kingdom. She continued with her advanced speciality training in haematology at NCIS and obtained her Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists, United Kingdom. To further her training in multiple myeloma and cellular therapy, she completed a one-year advanced haematology fellowship in multiple myeloma, amyloidosis, and dysproteinemia at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, United States.
Her research interest is in the study of genomics, immune microenvironment, and the interaction between tumor and immune cells with single-cell sequencing and spatial omics. She did her postdoctoral research fellowship at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. She has published in several peer-reviewed journals and has also presented at regional and international meetings. She has received several awards and holds several grants for her research and is currently involved in clinical trials and translational research in her field of interest.
